What are the steps to open a Cashtronics account?
Fill in the quote request form. We send you a form and list of required documents. After receipt, we open your merchant account with the most suitable bank. Within eight days you receive everything needed to connect the gateway to your website.
How long will validation take?
Approximately ten days. In some cases reduced to one week.
Are there sectors you don't work with?
Our partner banks are very flexible and work with most sectors. We see very few refusals. If your application is refused by several banks, the application fee is returned in full.
My company is outside the EU. Can I use your services?
Our services are for any company in Europe, including Switzerland and Israel. Contact us for non-European companies — we are developing cross-border agreements.
What is the role of Cashtronics?
Cashtronics is the link between you, your website, your customers, credit-card companies, and the bank. We provide the Merchant Account and gateway, calculate transaction risk, refuse fraud, and credit your account.
What is the role of the bank?
The bank receives authorizations, provides connection to card networks (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), carries out security checks, withdraws amounts from cardholders, and reimburses in the event of chargebacks.
Why do I need an Internet Merchant Account?
Your standard business account does not permit cashing bank cards online. You need both an IMA (which Cashtronics sets up) and an online payment gateway.
How will I receive my payments?
By credit transfer to your business current account after the fund-retention period. Sole traders can transfer directly to a personal account.
What security guarantees do my customers have?
1) SSL protocol encrypts all data in transit. 2) Cashtronics servers are protected by the proprietary e-Bunker anti-intrusion system. 3) Card networks carry out additional verification checks with issuing banks.
